Cancellation Policy

Plans run month to month with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@coiffr.app from the address registered on your account. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your booking page and dashboard stay active until then, and no further invoice is issued. The remainder of the paid period is not refunded (see the Refund Policy).

If you cancel during the 14-day setup period, before your first invoice is due, you are not charged.

You can upgrade at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your number of active barbers exceeds the limit of the plan you move to, you will need to keep or choose a plan that covers them.

If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its date, we may suspend the account and take the booking page offline; data is kept and service resumes when payment is confirmed. An account unpaid for more than 30 days may be closed.

We keep your data for 30 days after the account ends, then delete it, subject to legal retention obligations. Please ask for any export you need before that date. Unused Preview allowances and top-up credits lapse when the account ends, except where a refund applies under the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of the Terms of Service, for non-payment, or where the law requires. Where we discontinue the service as a whole, we will give reasonable notice and refund any amount paid for a period we do not deliver.

Appointments are agreements between a shop and its clients. Whether and when a client may cancel or reschedule an appointment is set by the shop through its own settings (by default, up to 24 hours before the appointment). Coiffr does not charge or retain any cancellation fee on appointments.
