Do my clients need an account to book?
No account, no app, no friction. They click your link, choose a barber and a time slot, and they're done. It takes under a minute.
What actually runs on its own?
Booking confirmations, reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment, reschedule and cancel links, and reading deposit receipts. The only thing left for you is approving a deposit with one tap.
How does Coiffr Preview work?
From your dashboard, take a photo of your client, type the cut in their words, and get two realistic options on their own face in about 20 seconds. Every plan includes Previews each month, and top-up packs cover busy months. Coiffr never stores the photo.
What about my existing regulars?
Nothing changes for them. Send them your booking link on WhatsApp and they'll book the same way they always came to you — just without the back-and-forth.
Is there a setup fee?
No — setup is free. We build your entire shop in the system: barbers, services, schedules, and your booking page, then walk your team through it. You go live the same day, at no extra cost.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contract, no lock-in. Coiffr is month to month. If it's not working for you, cancel anytime with no penalties.
What happens when I cancel?
Contact us and billing stops at the end of your current month. Your shop data is held for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Do my clients need WhatsApp?
WhatsApp reminders go out to any client who has it. Email reminders are sent automatically as a backup so nothing falls through.
Can I use my own WhatsApp for reminders?
Yes. Connect your shop's own WhatsApp Business Account from your dashboard and reminders go out under your own number. Prefer not to? Email reminders are sent automatically by default — no setup required either way.
How do client payments and deposits work?
We never touch your money. If you'd like, turn on optional deposits and clients pay them directly into your own account when they book — by bank transfer or your own payment link. Coiffr reads the receipt they upload and asks you to confirm. Beyond that, how you collect — cash, transfer, card — is entirely up to you.
